Maintain the Directors address database.*5.Answer all incoming phone calls in the absence of the Director in addition to emails, faxes, and posts from the webpage that need to be completed in a suitable timeframe.*6.Make phone calls to donors and missionaries as requested by the Director.*7.Assist with writing, printing, and mailing of the Directors quarterly newsletter and other mailings.
